GuildOps ("we", "our", or "us") operates a Discord bot and companion dashboard web application designed to assist with guild management. We respect your privacy and comply with relevant data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).

1. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we collect the following minimal data:

• User Identity: Discord User ID, username, avatar URL
• OAuth Tokens: access_token & refresh_token (to maintain your session securely)
• Guild Data: Guild ID, name, configured welcome channel
• Settings: Server-specific settings (roles, prefixes, channels, etc.)
• Activity: Task participation, event signups, announcements you post
• Wishes: Feature-request “wishes” you submit via the dashboard

2. How We Use Your Data

• Authenticate you via Discord OAuth
• Link your Discord identity to your guild’s data and permissions
• Send welcome messages in your configured channel when new members join
• Manage and display events, raids, announcements, tasks, and wishes
• Refresh your OAuth session securely using your access and refresh tokens

3. Data Retention

All data is scoped to each guild. If GuildOps is removed from your server—or you request deletion—all related data (including your tokens, welcome-channel settings, and wishes) is permanently purged.

You may also request manual deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with external third parties. Your information remains within the GuildOps ecosystem and is accessible only to:

• Your guild’s members via Discord permissions
• Authorized GuildOps platform administrators

5. Security

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of your data. All communications are encrypted in transit.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete your data, including OAuth tokens, wishes, and guild-scoped records
• Withdraw consent for future data processing
