📜 Terms of Service

📌 1. Bot Features

GuildOps provides:

• Role & tier management
• Raid & event scheduling
• Task & resource tracking
• Announcements & opt-in DMs
• Automated welcome messages
• User “wishes” for feature requests

🛡️ 2. Data Collection & Storage

We store only what's required to run these features:

• Guild ID, name, and welcome‐channel settings
• User Discord IDs, display names, avatar URLs
• OAuth tokens (access_token, refresh_token) to maintain sessions
• Events, raids, tasks, announcements, and wishes data
• Server configuration: roles, prefixes, and mappings

All data lives in PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure strict per-guild isolation.

🧹 3. Automatic Data Deletion

When GuildOps is removed from a server, all related data (including tokens, settings, welcome channels, and wishes) is permanently deleted immediately.

Guild owners may also request manual data deletion at any time by contacting us.

⚖️ 4. Administrator Responsibilities

Server administrators must:

• Grant appropriate Discord permissions to the bot
• Moderate user-generated content (announcements, wishes)
• Adhere to Discord’s Terms of Service

🚫 5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use GuildOps to:

• Spam, harass, or unlawfully surveil users
• Bypass Discord permission structures
• Manipulate or exploit the bot’s behavior

Violations may result in removal or blacklisting of your guild.

🚧 6. Service Disclaimer

GuildOps is provided “as-is” with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation, uptime, or future feature availability. We reserve the right to modify or deprecate features at our discretion.
